Specialist Aviation Services At Staverton
Specialist Aviation Services (Incorporating Police & Medical Aviation Services) are based at Staverton Airport in Gloucestershire. They are the UK delivery firm for the MD Explorer fleet of helicopters, although not all are maintained by themselves. The large hangar and HQ lie directly next to Bond Air Services HQ and maintenance facility.

They own two Bolkow BO105 helicopters, G-PASX & G-WYPA, which can be often seen on the apron or within the hangar. It is likely that you will see at least one MD Explorer, although it may not be a police or ambulance aircraft.
